Bacon glazed Meatloaf

I know… I had you at bacon…

It’s what you add to a dish to put it over the top. You add it to a dish to make it a no-fail dish. You add it to a dish just to make it yummy! Today, we are going to explore one of our new fall products: Bacon Pepper Jam.

This is such a wonderfully delicious product. It has bacon, sweet peppers, a little jalapeno… Delicious in a jar.

So, let’s get started.

Take about a pound and a half of ground meat and place in a bowl.

Add an egg.

Add one Tbs garlic pepper seasoning.

Half cup of panko bread crumbs.

A half cup of parmesan.

A third cup of a honey Dijon

And a third cup of bacon pepper jam. 🙂 this warms my heart. Lol.

Mix all of this together.

Put in a loaf pan and cook at 350° for 50 minutes.

Next, take 2 Tbs of the bacon jam and 2 Tbs. Of the honey Dijon. And mix in a bowl.

After the meatloaf has cooked for 50 minutes, pour the sauce on top.

Cook for 10 more minutes.

Slice up and serve.

Now, doesn’t that look delicious???

Well, it was.

One of the things I LOVE about our meal collections is that they have GREAT twists on some old classics. They give you the ability to put something delicious on the dinner table without ask that much fuss. 🙂

Give them a try, you just might like them.

Till next time…
