Potatoes are a staple in our house and sweet potatoes are OH so good. They are a healthier spud on a normal basis but not today. Lol. Today, it’s about straight yumminess.
Here we go…
Put a stick of butter in a bowl. Do you see how I start my potato dishes? 😉
Cook up 5 lbs of sweet potatoes. I use s rice cooker/steamer to cook the potatoes.
Add a half of cup of brown sugar and start to mash.
Add a quarter cup of milk.
If the potatoes are too dry, add a little more milk but mash completely.
Place in a greased baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
These were so delicious. Pictures just don’t do these spuds justice. 🙂
