Roast & Potatoes

One of the staples in our house is chuck roast.  it’s a wonderfully delicious. Cooked right, it simply melts in your mouth. Yum!

First thing we want to do is to season our roast. Salt and pepper each side.

Now, sear each side. 3-4 minutes each side.

Now, add one can of beef broth to your crock.

2 tps of garlic garlic.

2 tsp of onion onion

Next, add your roast.

Potatoes are next. 6 – 8 potatoes,  chopped. Then add about a quarter cup of oil.

Next,  add rustic herb which has a great mix of rosemary and thyme.

Mix

Then add to your crock.

Cook on low for 10 hours. 

The flavor was on point. So scrumptious. Enjoy!
