Love, love, love this one. We have a GREAT new product in our fall/winter line and it’s Bacon Pepper Jam.
This thing is off the hook. I’ve served it warned with cream cheese, as sloppy Joes, meatloaf, and now I’m going to do it with chicken.
It works so week because it has a wonderful smoky flavor, mixed with roasted peppers and bacon, and a little pop with jalapenos. Great jam!
Let’s get started.
I took the chicken breasts and cut them into thinish layers and seasoned then with salt and pepper.
Next, over medium heat add 2 Tbs of butter and 2 Tbs of garlic infused oil.
Sautee up the chicken. About 5 minutes a side. Then throw them into a baking dish and soon over the bacon jam.
Add some shredded colby Jack cheese.
Into a pre heated 350° oven for 15 – 20 minutes. Chicken needs to be at 165°. Once done, they will look like this…
This chicken was so delicious. It is on the repeat list!
Give it a try! I hope you enjoy. 🙂
To your abundance,
The Tastefully Simple guy
