Buffalo Chicken, Potatoes, and Cheese

All the points are going to be hit on this one today. Spice, potatoes, and cheese… You can’t go wrong with this one. 

Start with chopping up six potatoes and put them in a bowl.

Take three chicken breast and cut them up in chunks. Add them to the bowl with potatoes.

Add a third of a cup of garlic infused oil.

2 Tbs Frank’s RedHot.

Next up, some spices…

2 tsps each of garlic garlic, onion onion, and smoked paprika. One tsp salt and a half tsp of pepper.

I mix half at a time to help ensure even coating.

Mix then add the rest of the seasoning.

After all is mixed, add to a baking dish.

Bake in a preheated 400° oven for 50 minutes.

Then add two cups of cheddar.

Bake for another 10 – 15 minutes.

Dish up and serve with ranch. 🙂
