The other day I googled queso and one of the top recipes was velveeta’s queso made with rotel tomatoes. It’s a standard. Lol.
So, I made the “famous” queso with a tastefully simple twist. Velveeta and our salsa. Great combo.
Melt your Velveeta in a small saucepan.
Add the salsa.
Cook until cheese is melted. Put in a bowl and get the chips out!
It seems like we’ve been making a lot of Mexican lately but, hey, when in Rome… Lol.
