The other day I shared a recipe “Roast and Potatoes.” There were leftovers and for lunch I repurposed the meat. I made these delicious beef and cheddar sandwiches. Everyone LOVED them.
I took some fresh French bread, buttered both sides, heaped on some roast & cheddar cheese and BLAMMO…
Grilled to perfection. 🙂
Add some mayo or bbq sauce and it will hit the spot. Next time you have leftover roast give it a try. It might make your favorites list.
