Savory Pot Roast

Hey everyone…

Happy Friday! I hope your week was well. Mine was great and I’m looking forward to some holiday festivities this weekend.

The recipe that I have for you today is a Savory Pot Roast. It is featuring two of what’s becoming my favorite tastes and products: the Mushroom and Merlot sauce and Roasted Garlic & Herb cheese ball mix. Wonderful flavors here and you will love this combo of merlot and garlic! And as you can see from the pic, I’ve emptied the Merlot sauce, again! 🙂

Ingredients:

3 lbs of chuck roast (of whatever your favorite cut is)

1/2 cup Tastefully Simple’s Merlot & Mushroom sauce

14 oz can of beef broth

1 packet Roasted Garlic & Herb cheese ball mix

 

Put your protein in the crockpot.

In a bowl, mix the merlot & mushroom sauce, broth, and roasted garlic & herb mix.

Pour it over your protein.

Cook that bad boy for 8 hours on low. Once done, shred up and serve.

Again, the flavor is fantastic! Enjoy!
