Roasted Potatoes

Hey everyone…

I’ve got a pretty simple but delicious side dish for you all, roasted potatoes. This is a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients:

3 lbs diced potatoes (I used a gold potato)

1 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp tastefully simple seasoned salt

1/3 cup vegetable oil

To start, dice up 3 lbs of potatoes (your choice). I used a golden potato.

Once you have the potatoes all diced up, add the salt (I use coarse kosher), pepper (freshly ground, if available), tastefully simple’s seasoned salt (one of the best, in my opinion, and oil. Toss and put in a baker pan.

Place in a pre-heated 450 degree oven. You will need to mix them up every 15 minutes. I used a metal spoon and tossed them around. Cook for 1 hour.
