Ravioli and Meatballs

Hey everyone…

How is your Friday?!?! It’s Friday, Friday… Love me some Friday. Why you ask? Because it starts the weekend and it allows my family to spend much-needed family time together. So, I hope you all are enjoying it as well…

Last night I made Ravioli with meatballs. It is one of my favorite dishes. This is what we had at the end. Let me share how easy this was to put together.

First, I started with the sauce using one of my favorite Tastefully Simple products, Mama Mia Marinara and crushed tomatoes. It’s so easy and delish.

Add 1/4 cup or 1 capful of the marinara mix to a 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes and simmer until hot. Simple.

As far as the ravioli goes, 1 bag of Rosetta ravioli will get the job done. I’m italian but not pasta from scratch italian. LOL. Come on, you chuckled a little there. 🙂

For the meatballs, Easy: 1.5 lbs of ground beef (you can use turkey if you so choose), 2tsp Tastefully Simple’s Garlic Garlic, 1 Tsp Tastefully Simple Onion Onion, 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, and 2 Tbs of the prepared Mama Mia Marinara sauce

Get in there, mix it up, and roll them into balls of deliciousness…

Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 30 – 40 minutes then add to your marinara.

No pics of the pasta but add your bag of ravioli to a pot of boiling, salted water. Cook for 5 minutes then drain. Plate, add sauce, meatballs, and enjoy!
